Bernardo Point is a gated community of two story homes in Rancho Bernardo, California. Residents enjoy a peaceful rural lifestyle while being close to stores, restaurants, and services.
The subdivision of Bernardo Point was developed in 1998 by Standard Pacific. Today there are 146 homes that offer four floor plans. Living space ranges from 2,476 to 3,000 square feet and there are typically three to five bedrooms. Most of the estates were built by 2000 but there are several that were completed after 2006. Residents pay a small Home Owners Association fee which cover maintenance and amenities.
Bernardo Point is located west of Alva Road and north of Rancho Bernardo Road on the border of the RS Ranch community. This neighborhood has a country feel and it’s not uncommon to see the hawks, rabbits, eagles, and coyotes that live in the hills surrounding the residential areas.
